Start by melting 3/4 of a cup of vegan butter and setting it aside to cool.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl mix flour, salt, and baking soda and set aside.
With your Kitchenaid or another large mixing bowl with hand mixer, combine your 3/4 of a cup of melted vegan butter, 1 cup of packed brown sugar, and half a cup of granulated sugar, until well combined.
Add 3 tablespoons of Just Egg and 2 teaspoons of Vanilla to the mix and combine.
Using your Kitchenaid or hand mixer on low combine the flour mixture into the wet mixture.
With a spatula combine 1 cups of chocolate chips with the dough.
Scoop 1/4 of a cup of dough form it into a ball with your hands and place them on a cookie sheet. Fill the cookie sheet by separating the cookies at least 2 inches apart.
Bake the cookies in the oven for 15 minutes until the cookies start to become golden brown on the edges.
Remove the cookie sheet from the oven and let sit on the cookie tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Transfer to a cooling rack after 5 min, and top with a pinch of flaky salt to each cookie
